What payment methods can I use?

Do you ship to my state?
We ship anywhere in the continental US to commercial and residential addresses, and require 3-5 business days to pull items from stock and prepare shipment.
Can I pick up my order?
You can pick up from our warehouse located at: 2501 Grant Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19114. Keep in mind that we require 2 hours to pull items from stock.
NOTE: Customer is fully responsible for the items once paperwork and receipt of items has been signed.

Is your 3D kitchen cabinet design really free?
YES. With our virtual kitchen planner, you can explore cabinet layouts and styles at no cost. Simply upload your floor plan, experiment with cabinet designs, and see how everything fits before you commit.
What floor plans can I upload for my project?
With our free kitchen design tool, you can upload entire floor plans, including U shaped kitchen layouts, L shaped kitchen layouts, and everything in between. Our team reviews the details and creates a cabinet design that fits your space perfectly.
How do 3D renderings help me design my dream kitchen?
Our free 3D kitchen design renderings help you visualize your dream kitchen before any cabinet installation begins. You’ll see how the sink, refrigerator, and appliances all fit together in the layout so every detail matches your preferred style.
What is included in the kitchen planning process?
During kitchen planning, our designers review your layout, discuss your family members’ needs, and help select cabinet finishes that balance function and beauty. We create a cabinet design that makes daily routines easy and enjoyable.
What is your exchanges, returns and refunds policy?
If you received a damaged product, it must be noted with the shipper to receive a full exchange. However, if a door is damaged or missing from a cabinet we will complete the order within 10 weeks or sooner. All replacements must be made PRIOR to installation, otherwise refunds and replacements will not be granted. Report all damaged, missing, or defective products within 14 days of delivery date otherwise claims will not be accepted. Please call Customer Service at 215-KITCHEN for replacement instructions.
AAA accepts returns within 14 days of delivery date. To receive a refund, merchandise must be undamaged, in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included. Shipping charges are not refundable and a 25% restocking fee will apply. Labor fees are not refundable. If the customer will return assembled cabinets: $15 for each wall cabinet and $20 for base cabinet are not refundable.
