    Free kitchen design. Is it really free? And how can I get it?

    Yes, we will never charge you for kitchen design services. Follow these 3 easy steps to get your free kitchen design:
    1. Measure your kitchen (for more accurate measurements use our Kitchen Measuring Guide)
    2. Send your kitchen measurements to our email
    3. One of our kitchen designer will send you a 3D design, layout and list of cabinets with the total price.
    You can contact the designer to do any necessary changes. Once the design is approved you may place your order online, via phone, or in our showroom.

    Do the newport cabinets come with soft close doors and drawers?

    It does not. You can purchase these upgrades for an extra price

    Do you finance?

    Currently we don't offer financing, but you can use PayPal Credit instantly when checkout to get more time to pay.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Cash and checks (3-4 days are required to clear the check before any pick-ups) are available only at pick-up.

    How much do I need to put down to place the order?

    Any order must be paid in full before it is shipped or picked up.

    I want to order kitchen cabinets online, will you assemble them for me?

    We do not assemble kitchen cabinets we ship. Kitchen cabinets assembly service is only available for local pick-up or local delivery. Assembly fees apply.

    My credit card was declined/rejected! What should I do?

    There are several reasons why it may happened.
    1. Banks set the limits you may spend with your credit or debit card.
    2. If your order is over $500 the bank may put a temporary hold on transaction due to high security settings on your account.
    To resolve any of these issues contact your bank's customer service and ask them to release the transaction. After that, you will be able to use your credit/debit card on our website.
