Disclaimer
Please be advised that wooden boards used for cabinetry are a natural material cut from trees that adapt to different climates and weather conditions, and inherently will expand and contract. It is normal for wood to expand and contract under different temperatures and humidity levels causing small (1mm – 5mm) spaces to appear on the mitering seam locations. Maple wood is close grained and strong. It has off-white, pale streaks of gold and pink and may contain dark streaks throughout the wood.
Colors on the product images may look different on different models/brands of computers and depending on how their monitors are calibrated. Therefore, actual product color may vary from the product on images. To see the actual color of kitchen cabinets you may visit our showroom or order a door sample.
All cabinets are shipped knock-down unassembled.

Damages & Exchanges
If you received a damaged product, it must be noted with the shipper to receive a full exchange. All replacements must be made prior to installation, otherwise refunds and replacements will not be granted. Report all damaged, missing, or defective products within 14 days of delivery date otherwise claims will not be accepted. Please call Customer Service at 215-745-7900 for replacement instructions.
Returns & Refunds
AAADistributor.com accepts returns within 14 days of delivery date. To receive a refund, merchandise must be undamaged, in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included. Shipping charges are not refundable and a 25% restocking fee will apply. Labor fees including but not limited to cabinet assembly are not refundable. Customer is responsible to ship all items back to AAADistributor.com's warehouse at 2501 Grant Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19114. UPS Shipping
Any products shipped by UPS will be delivered to provided address within the time specified in the shipping method. You can save on shipping by choosing Local Pickup option at checkout. All pick-ups must be made at 2501 Grant Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19114 within 2 business days after the order was submitted. Please note that sales tax (8%) will be charged if you chose to pick-up your order. Every shipment is insured and trackable (tracking number will be sent to the buyer's email specified on the account, and in order details section).
Freight Shipping
Any products shipped via Freight shipping method is available for curbside (package will be left in front of the building on a pallet) delivery only.
Pick-up (Storage Fees)
If pick-up method is selected at checkout it is buyer's sole responsibility to pick-up the order within 3 days since the order date. For every day (following 3 business days of handling) of delayed pickup a storage fee of $25 will apply per day.
