AAA distributor provides our customers with safe, secure, timely and satisfying purchasing experience. We realize that shopping on the Internet is different than purchase in the store. Free samples, product pictures, detailed descriptions are provided altogether with expert phone customer support. Before ordering from us please take a moment to read and understand sales conditions. If you do not agree with any of the following conditions please do not buy from us. Also check out our Return Policy.

• Pictures of products may look different on different monitors with different settings and provided for initial references only. We cannot guarantee that what you see on your screen will look exactly as an actual product. To be completely satisfied and confident in what you are placing order for, you can order a sample or visit our show room.
• Hardwood flooring, marble tiles, stocked kitchens and many other natural products are available in different grades. Buyer assumes the full responsibility in that he/she understands the product characteristics, grades and quality differences while shopping with AAA Distributor. Products cannot be refused after placing order just based on reason that on the customer's opinion products are not as good as customer expected them to be. Returns of such products would fall under our regular Return policy terms and conditions.
• We guarantee prices for all completed orders. Order is complete when payment is processed regardless whether this product was actually delivered. Should customer cancel the order after payment was processed then all normal Return Policy rules including restocking charges and other fees apply.
• Special order items are final at the time of purchase and cannot be cancelled neither can be returned. You will be notified at the time of purchase if the items fall into special order category.
• AAA Distributor sells all of the products under Manufacturer's warranty. If any claims related to quality of the product arise, we will have Manufacturer's representative to inspect the product and provide the customer and us with copies of their conclusion. If product confirmed to be defective or not to meet its specifications, then we will replace the product with full accordance of Manufacturer's warranty. Under no circumstances we can provide any coverage beyond warranties provided by Manufacturer.
