Policy
We
stand behind every product we sell.
If for any reason you're not satisfied with
your purchase, we will return it for a refund
or exchange within the specified company guidelines.
- If product is damaged: Please check your boxes at
the time of delivery or when you pick them up. If you
find any damages at delivery time, please call us
know immediately. We will ship a replacement as soon
as posible. DO NOT ship product back to us or to the
manufacturer until you notified us.
- If you think that product is defective or has a
bad quality or inferior grade, then give us a call.
Manufacturer representative will contact you and
inspect the product either at your site or would ask
to send him a sample. It is customer's responsibility
to cooperate with Representative in terms of all means
necessary to inspect the product. If problem
confirmed then we will issue an authorization
number and we will process refund or replacement in
accordance with rules specified in Manufacturer's
warranty on this product.
Special
order items:
We will let you know at the time of
purchase if this particular product falls into "special
item" category. These products
ARE NOT
returnable
unless defective or damaged. Do not send product back to
us without authorization number, we will not be able to
accept the freight.
Flooring products (such as - hardwood, ceramic tile or
laminate): you can return 3 or more unopened,
factory-sealed cartons within 7
DAYS; 30% re-stocking fee will
be charged and you are responsible for the return
shipping charges.

ACCEPT returns on moldings and any other
accessories such .
- WE CAN NOT
ACCEPT on any opened or damaged
boxes.
